HeavyContent is a white-label animation studio creating high-quality motion graphics and explainer videos for agencies and brands across the UK. They produce the work; the agency takes the credit - a model that lets creative teams scale output without hiring in-house animators.
The challenge
HeavyContent had a strong production capability but no consistent way to fill the top of their pipeline. Referrals were inconsistent, and inbound leads tended to be either too small or already locked in with another studio. They needed a reliable channel to surface agencies and brands who needed video work but didn't have the in-house capacity.
Our approach
We ran two parallel campaigns. The first targeted UK and Ireland marketing agencies with no in-house video team, leading with a free 20-30 second sample offer that gave prospects a low-risk way to test the relationship.
The second targeted SaaS companies whose websites had no video on the homepage - a clear signal of unmet demand. We focused outreach on owners, MDs, and marketing decision-makers, and tailored copy by company size and role.
The combination of a tangible free offer and a specific, observable buying signal generated steady reply flow throughout the campaign.
